I find another powerful verse in Isaiah 40:31, which says, “But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.” This verse encourages us to put our hope in God and trust that he will give us the strength to keep going, even when we feel like we can’t take another step.

David

David faced many challenges throughout his life, from being anointed king while still a shepherd boy to fleeing from Saul’s wrath to dealing with the consequences of his own sin. But he never gave up on God. He continued to seek Him and trust Him, even when things seemed impossible. And God was faithful to him, guiding him through every trial and triumph.

Paul

Paul endured incredible hardships as a missionary, from beatings and imprisonments to shipwrecks and stoning. But he never gave up on his mission to spread the gospel.
